Title A name given to the resource “Estudio del efecto del control de temperatura en el proceso de deshidratación de hierba buena a través de análisis digital de imagen” Subject The topic of the resource Ingeniería Mecatrónica Description An account of the resource RESUMEN El principal objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue estudiar el efecto del control de temperatura en el proceso de deshidratación de hierba buena (Mentha spicata) mediante el uso de análisis digital de imagen y de esta forma determinar los parámetros que permitan la caracterización de los cambios observados en la textura de imagen. El lazo de control que se llevó acabo es de tipo cerrado empleando tecnología Arduino, así como electrónica convencional. Se desarrolló un prototipo de deshidratador solar pasivo con convección y calor forzado, además de la implementación de una interface gráfica de usuario (GUI) para monitorear la temperatura y humedad en tiempo real, el prototipo funciona tanto en temporada invernal como en temporada cálida. Los resultados a simple vista muestran que todas las temperaturas de deshidratado evaluadas logran eliminar la humedad, sin embargo, conociendo el porcentaje de sustancias activas después de cada deshidratado destacamos la temperatura a 35 °C como la mejor para deshidratar hierba buena (Mentha spicata). En el análisis digital de imagen (ADI) pudimos notar que las muestras deshidratadas a 30 °C y 40 °C presentan similitudes en los 5 principales elementos de textura.
